It recognizes that, yes, female surfers are also very beautiful. Along the way though, we hope to show you that what is really most impressive about today's female surfers is their athletic ability. From the lightening quick turns of Felicity Palmateer to the Kelly Slater-esque carves of Sarah Mason to the courage of big wave charger Maya Gabeira to the grace of Kelia Moniz, women athletes bring so much talent and style to the sport of surfing.
