At SurferLiving.com we provide flight booking simply as a convenience to our customers. We never add fees to our flight prices and we make ZERO profit from flights, however, our airline partners do add a $10 fee which we are required to pass on. Often, our prices are still the lowest available anywhere, however, we always recommend that you compare our fares with other major travel sites as well as with the airlines directly and choose the flights that work best for you. Doing this will ensure that you always get the very best deal.

Searching for accommodation deals on SurferLiving.com is easy. We highly recommend using our Search Box, as this will allow you to generate search results for the exact time periods you're looking for. You can also click on any of the images on our homepage, which will either direct you to a specific listing or a full list of available accommodations by region. (Note: after clicking on images, make sure to use the "Change Date" boxes, especially if your dates are flexible, to search for even better deals.)

If you see a technical issue, site glitch or something else that you think we should know about, we'd appreciate hearing from you. Please send us an email describing the issue and the tech gurus at SurferLiving will get on it.

SurferLiving.com just launched on May 14, 2011, so there haven't yet been many "frequently" asked questions, however, if you have one, we'd LOVE to answer it for you. You can either email your question or post your question for all the world to see on facebook or twitter. Go on... ask away!

If you've booked one of our many "real-time" travel products (using a "BOOK IT" button), you've also received a confirmation email. Access 24 hour support by using the customer support telephone and email contacts provided in your confirmation email or drop us a line at: info@surferliving.com.

If you've booked accommodations with one of our advertisers (using an "Enquire" button), you would have booked your accommodations directly with them and you should contact them with any questions or concerns.
