The "Beach Glass House" is nestled in the quiet and private neighborhood known as "The Avenues". This 2700 square foot home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bath with parking for 5 cars. This home offers everything you would need for a romantic getaway for 2, or a special time with up to 11 (or more) adults in the Santa Cruz area. We have just completed a 500 square foot master suite addition and 350 square foot game room addition.
Enjoy the many ocean views in this open and spacious 3 level home. Have dinner on the large deck or a private time in the fully landscaped back yard with fountain and hot tub. Our game room is equipped with a ping pong table, pool table and is a popular place for the kids and adults alike.
It's a short block to the 21st Avenue Beach, one of several nearby beaches great for surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, or just relaxing in the sun. Our central location makes it just a short drive or bike ride to the Santa Cruz Harbor, the Boardwalk, or to Capitola Village.

A security deposit of $500 is required along with a prepayment of up to $500 of the total rental amount within 90 days of booked stay.
Holiday weekends require a 4 night stay.
